Culture Haat brings to you the choicest collections of handicrafts from artisans across different parts of the country to help you experience the taste of the diverse culture and traditions of the local communities. Every purchase of yours, big or small will be a step you take in making these local communities self-reliant and help them preserve and promote their traditional craftsmanship.
Why should I use handloom fabrics?
Handloom products are made from natural fibres, with use of organic dyes. Organic dyes are made of colours extracted from natural products like onion, turmeric, and different kinds of flowers and leaves. The natural fibres and organic dyes used in handloom fabrics and garments are beneficial to our skin compared to artificial fibres and chemical colours.
The colour of the product is different from what appears on the online shopping store.
Since it is a handloom product, hence, the colour and size may vary slightly.
Where does Culture Haat get its products?
We source our products directly from artisans and craftsmen across India. We guarantee the authenticity of every product we sell.
What are the shipping rates?

Will I be charged for sales tax?
All applicable tax for the specific product will be included.
Where will my order ship from?
We ship our products to you directly from the source region. All of our products pass through our quality assurance facility before we package it and ship it off to you. Some of the items we sell are handmade upon purchase, which can increase the shipping time. Please make sure to check the "Shipping Info" on the product page to see the item's estimated arrival.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@augtraveler.com
My order is delayed. What should I do now?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

  • Ask your local post office or courier service provider if they have your package.

  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.

  • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours, reach us at support@augtraveler.com with your order number.

What are the payment options I have?

What if an item I want to buy is Sold Out?
If an item appears as SOLD OUT, it means there are unfortunately none left to buy. You can opt to WAITLIST items that are sold out. We will go back to the artisan or craftsman with your waitlist request to see if another unit can be procured, but there’s no guarantee for that!
Do I have to sign up for a Culture Haat account to buy a product at culturehaat.com?
You do not have to create an account on culturehaat.com when you place an order, and can simply proceed as a Guest Shopper. However, there are several benefits to creating an account. Please refer to the My Account page for more details.
Can I order a product if I am not in India?
We have not yet started delivering products out of India, however, we will be starting shortly.
