Time to Deliver:

It will depend on the location from where the product is being procured, however, the minimum delivery time would be 6 to 12 days from the date of dispatch. Nevertheless, we would try our best to deliver the product to you as soon as possible.

During certain specific occasions, the logistics partners may face stress and the delivery can get delayed by a few days. We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof or OTP on the number provided at the time of order for verification.

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination and the zoning of each location; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.

We take every effort to ensure that your beloved watch reaches you on priority. In order to do that, we also work with our delivery partners & store teams. The order can be cancelled before the store dispatches the watch. In case you dont like the watch after recieving the product, you can come to any of our 000+ stores and get a new watch of same or higher value.

Cancellation by Customer:

Once an order is placed, the registered customers can use the 'My Account" and use the cancellation option. The guest checkout orders can send a request at or call to the designated store to cancel the order. Once the cancellation request is received, the order will be cancelled immediately and we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction.
