Order Tracking : On your order confirmation and dispatching the order, you will receive an Email with tracking URL that will show you the status of your order. Alternatively, you can also check within My Account or Email us at to track your orders. Kindly provide the order reference number or email address to find the order.

We will try our best to fulfill your order but in some extreme situations we may have to cancel the order from our end

Time to Deliver:

It will depend on the location from where the product is being procured, however, the minimum delivery time would be 6 to 12 days from the date of dispatch. Nevertheless, we would try our best to deliver the product to you as soon as possible.

During certain specific occasions, the logistics partners may face stress and the delivery can get delayed by a few days. We only partner with reputed service providers to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus may require the identity proof at the time of order for verification.

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination and the zoning of each location; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.

Exchange and Returns

No Return. Only in some cases, we may allow return, please contact us and we will analyze and then take a decision accordingly.

We do not have any physical stores. There is small chance of damage or defects since we verify the goods before sending. Only in case of manufacturing defect or transit damages, we will exchange / replace. Kindly make the request for replacement of the item within the stipulated time frame which is 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Before confirming an exchange, we would require Order Number & Proof of defect in the product in the form of a photo, while the product is still in its packaging. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item back, we will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner.

No Exchange / Return is permitted if we suspect fraud in terms of product photos, the product damaged by the customer while opening the parcel, any missing item from the package when we receive the item back, any items sent to us for replacement without our confirmation.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions, and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products may not be designed under destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country standards. Refund and Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel the order before dispatching, the order will be cancelled and the refund would be initiated. In case of any applicable bank/payment service provider charges, they will be deducted while issuing the refund. These charges are not refundable to us by the applicable financial entity and hence not possible for us to refund.

The amount would reflect in 5-6 working days.

There may be certain orders that we cannot ship under the circumstances and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which identifies for not accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.
